At Vibes Zambia, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every device sold meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of purchase if the product:
- Is defective due to a manufacturing fault.
- Is damaged upon delivery.
- Does not match the product that was ordered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and supplied items.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Show no signs of accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect, liquid damage, or accidental damage.
- Products that have been altered, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized parties.
- Products returned without original packaging or essential accessories.
- Change-of-mind purchases where the product is functioning as intended.
Refunds
Where a return is approved, Vibes Zambia may, at its discretion:
- Replace the product with the same model.
- Exchange the product for an alternative product of equivalent value.
- Issue a refund through the original payment method.
Approved refunds may take 5–14 business days to be processed, depending on the payment method used.
Warranty Claims
Many products sold by Vibes Zambia are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions provided by the manufacturer and may require inspection before approval.

- Proof of purchase
- Product details
- A description of the issue
- Supporting photographs where applicable
